The Tender Specialist (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible tender and quotation management.

This position is part of the Commercial team located in Budapest and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager Hungary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare and handle offers, quotations, prices, calculations, contracts, reports and other daily / weekly / monthly office sales administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of sales department’s activities

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Application Support Service for tender documentation handling

• Administration and renewal of Sales Contract & Pricing Agreements and handling installation related documents

• Provide support in business analysis & process improvement using MS Office suite

• Monitor and analyze sales and reports preparation

• Collaborate with local service and other support staff to ensure total customer satisfaction

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate evidence/references relating to strong knowledge & expertise with legal documentation requirements

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Language skills must include fluent spoken and written Hungarian and English.

• MS Office 365 Suite with high level Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, V Look Up & Macros

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry and/or Pharmacy or others

• Experience in IVD products tender process management

• Laboratory experience
