JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accountable for reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and to ensure legal, financial and operational guidelines are met

  • Coordinate product/service orders requests cross-functionally and via External 3rd Party Partners to ensure accurate pricing and materials are listed and accelerate solutions.

  • Problem solve delivery issues and track orders to delivery

  • Communicate effectively to process orders, address customer requests, and resolve issues

  • Enhance existing processes and improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and business objectives using action plans and business tools to motivate and excel

  • Review agreements or proposed agreements for conformity to company Terms and Conditions and Revenue Recognition Guidelines

  • Ability to act as liaison between customers, sales, 3rd Party Partners, Global supply chain, finance, and legal functions to ensure exceptional customer service

  • Utilize tools and present metrics to understand focus areas of continuous process improvement and to meet KPI targets

  • Exhibit Innovative thinking to drive growth

  • Embrace diversity and inclusion practices to establish a ‘Best Team Wins’ atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 5+ Customer Service experience

· Knowledge of T&C business guidelines

· Call Center experience required

· Competency in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and SFDC

· Reports directly to Senior Manager Customer Service

· Works closely with Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Dealers, Service,

Global Supply Chain, Finance and Legal

· Engages with Market Managers and Data Specialists as required

· 3rd Party Partners
