Customer service is responsible for receiving product orders from internal sales associates or customers and entering orders into appropriate order management system. This position will be responsible for monitoring the order process through until invoicing.

Additional responsibilities include: * Providing information to customers in response to inquiries regarding Leica’s products and services. The team supports external customer accounts, dealers and Leica’s direct sales team. * Order entry: Measure number of orders entered and quality of orders entered per customer service rep * Review the status of open orders and RGAs * Expedite orders as needed to assist in Leica meeting the Customer Requested date (CRD) * Teamwork: Works with a positive attitude and participation in call center team environment.
* The position interacts with Field Sales Executives, Marketing, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Business Units.
Successful candidates are also: •Customer focused •Excellent verbal and written communicators •Proficient while multitasking


Required Qualifications: •2 years of customer service experience •Competence in operating systems (ex. SAP), applications and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications: •Associates Degree •SAP experience •Salesforce.com experience
