Description
The National Accounts Administrator role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations Contract and Pricing team and is responsible for coordinating and supporting all functional activities relating to National Accounts, GPO’s, and IDN’s. This includes all day to day activities needed to support the Advanced Staining, Core Histology and Pathology Imaging business relationship with these key strategic customers. This role is based in our Buffalo Grove, IL office. In this role, the Administrator will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, balance internal and external business operation demands and bring a strong foundation of sales operations, work flow and process improvement experience to the team.

This individual will be responsible for managing group membership, contract pricing, fee calculations and reporting. Complete, accurate, timely and compliant administration of membership, pricing and reporting is critical. Familiarity with Healthcare GPO/IDN contracts and pricing is essential. Foundational understanding of SAP, customer master data and hierarchies is desired.

Major Responsibilities * Measure of performance * Assist with the creation, execution and maintenance of agreements, pricing, fee calculations, reporting and membership processes * Deadlines for submission achieved * Reporting and tracking of sales for customers and member accounts * Monthly and Quarterly * Ownership of online portals and documents required for doing business with IDN’s/GPO’s/National Accounts * Daily measurement and turnaround * Tracking, reporting, processing and auditing of admin fees and rebates as needed * As necessitated by executed Agreements within determined timelines * Resolve customer and/or sales inquiries about pricing and agreements in general. * Turnaround time – daily * Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualification
Required Education, Experience, Skills Professional Experience * 5 years working with GPO’s/IDN’s and National Account Contracts * Experience with developing reports, calculating fees and tracking membership * Knowledge of medical device industry, clinical laboratories recommended * High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat * SAP or other ERP systems - query / data mining / database management experience desirable * Previous experience in finance, marketing, and/or sales a plus
