Description
The Global Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing marketing excellence in the planning, alignment, and execution of our marketing campaigns globally. He/she will collaborate with the Business Units, Sales Units, and Global Marketing teams to drive new processes linked to achieving our marketing generated revenue targets. A successful Global Campaign Manager will understand the business objectives and effectively collaborates with the internal stakeholders to create a plan that achieves the objectives utilizing existing tools and processes (i.e. segmentation, personas, launch excellence).

This person must have the ability to think holistically while being able to translate the objectives into the necessary steps to succeed. He/she will be creative and adapt innovative new approaches to marketing. As a change agent, this person will influence stakeholders in the product and downstream marketing teams globally.

Major Responsibilities

Global Campaign Management Collaboratively create campaigns and messaging and align with digital team for execution and optimization Drive global alignment of regional marketing campaigns where synergies exist Develop appropriate KPIs for tracking performance vs plan Ensure alignment of content strategy to campaign plan and countermeasure gaps Drive ROI on Transformative Marketing campaigns by ensuring teams focus on most impactful activities

Annual Marketing Planning Drive annual marketing planning to focus on growth initiatives and identify the critical few marketing objectives to drive impact through face-to-face work sessions with global, digital, product and downstream marketing teams; establish KPIs & bowler; Manage sustainment through focused daily management calls with each regions with involvement from key internal stakeholders

Global Marketing Visual Management Responsible for the management of the Global Marketing Team’s visual management Support the creation of the monthly reporting deck for the Global Marketing Ops meeting

Qualification

Required Education, Experience, Skills Education: Bachelor in relevant business field and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Required

Experience/Skills: * 5 years of commercial experience * Successful leadership experience in a matrix environment… Ability to lead and influence across multiple functions with dynamism and conviction * Understands new product development process * The ability to blend creativity with process & SW development * Proven ability to drive and champion change through new processes, models * Change agent with a sense of urgency and pragmatism Travel: 25-40%
