Perform Service Operation functions for all Leica Microsystems divisions. Support service activities of IMR’s /Dealer’s, Direct Field Service and In House Engineers. Support all Leica business segments within company and budgetary guidelines to achieve the objective of providing high quality support to Leica’s customers. Provide primary support to the LMS Service group that manages revenue streams from service contracts, spares sales, field service and depot repair. * Provide phone and e-mail coverage/assistance; enter data * Perform parts tracking and follow up activities in accordance with all guidelines to ensure timely completion of Customer’s service needs and on-time delivery * Schedule and coordinate Installs, Repairs, PM’s, relocations and create requests, and help to resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure Leica Service meets its’ obligations * Support inventory reconciliation activities for Service to achieve acceptable field inventory levels and maximum recoveries
* Proficient in computer skills (examples: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus, Visio, SAP, SFDC) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical skills needed for trend analysis and adhoc reporting * Able to prioritize and multitask Education * Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Associate’s degree accepted with minimum 4 years’ experience At Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
