Strong cross-functional interpersonal skills to act as liaison between sales, Global supply chain, finance, and legal functions to finalize order Terms and Conditions and revenue forecasting in accordance with Leica’s guidelines
Mindset to define metrics to guide focus on areas of continuous process improvement and to meet KPI targets using Danaher Business Systems tool set
Innovative thinking in improving Bid Visibility and Conversion rate
Leadership skills to provide direction and mentoring to team and be accountable for their performance and development goals - establish a ‘Best Team Wins’ atmosphere.
I.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
5+ years of experience in operational role with focus on process improvements
Experience in managing a large diverse team
Understanding of Life Science and Medical customers and buying process
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
