The Service Delivery Specialist is the interface between the customers, the service operations coordinators, and the engineers. The mission is customer satisfaction, timely execution of the service cases, including remote and field service activities, until full customers’ satisfaction. This position is part of the Field Technical Service team located in Deerfield, IL and reports to the Manager, Service Operations and works effectively with the Service Operations Team, the Regional Helpdesk Team, the Field Service Team and across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations) where necessary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Single Point of Entry for all customers’ requests (via email, phone calls, or web-to-case form) related to aftermarket activities.

  • Quote and follow-up with the customers to get the Purchase Orders in time, in case the intervention is not covered by a contract or warranty

  • Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Services team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma required with a minimum 2 years of equivalent experience in Customer Service/Service Industry role

  • Proficiency in CRM systems is mandatory

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Associates degree preferred

  • SAP and SFDC Service Cloud experience is an advantage
