Description

Responsibility

Leadership – Collaborates with business management and support teams to ensure strong execution, delivery of customer value, and positive business results. Establishes daily management goals and objectives to drive team focus on improving metrics and KPIs. Creation and analysis of KPIs. North America and from global factory locations

Provides Strategic Vision – Provides vision and framework to support multiple business units with varying degrees of complexity. Provides for the guidance and direction in reviewing and executing terms and conditions.

Order Management – Provides for the operating policies and procedures to execute and process customer purchase orders, including purchase order placement to overseas factories and tracking of goods to customer site to complete invoicing. Backlog management, reverse logistics, RGAs, coordinate deliver with BU, working with Logistics and carriers to ensure white glove delivery services. Credits and pricing

Service Sales team – provides leadership to the Srv sales team; establishes policies and procedures to assure superior funnel growth and conversion rates.

Service Agreements Team - provides leadership to the SOS/Service agreements team; establishes policies and procedures to assure superior support to FSEs and provides for service agreement administration and sales.

Sales Support Role – Provides support to field sales and service personnel (200 sales people and management team)

Compliance/Regulator (FDA, SBSC, SOX) – Responsible for compliance to all regulator and company policies and procedures. Authorizes retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or customer inquiries. SBC concerns, SRS reporting, GSA contract renewals

Tools & Resources – ensure resources available for customers and employees to do business with Leica

Expense Management – For Call Center Team for NA facilities and OPEX.

Staffing – Actively identifies, mentors, develops and retains subordinate management team members for future opportunities. Responsible for the hiring, training, and motivating a high performing team. Evaluates employee performance initiates promotions, transfers and disciplinary action.

Qualification

Experience

•Experience directly managing sales and marketing teams of professionals focused on delivering results on optimizing existing processes and creating and deploying new initiatives.

•Service contract sales experience desired, including revenue generation.

•Prior experience in marketing project management, with an ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals is required

Education

•Bachelor's degree required. Business or Marketing

•MBA Preferred
