Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Field Service Technician! Ideal candidate will reside in Charlotte or Atlanta. Will also consider or Buffalo NY or Cleveland, OH Extensive travel throughout the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing installation projects including:
Remote troubleshooting of system and application problems
Installation, modifications and repair of complex equipment and computerized systems
Consults with customers on equipment and train personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
Analyzes and isolates equipment start up malfunctions and take corrective action
Provides timely written communication of required reports/daily logs

You have:
Ability to travel 85-95% of the time by airplane or vehicle
Secondary school in electronics/mechanics/technical field and or previous military training
Application skills to properly train personnel on how to operate the equipment
Advanced knowledge of computers-must know all basic parts of a computer and can troubleshoot hardware and software.
Intermediate knowledge of electronics. Able to understand signals flow, read and understand connection diagrams, measure voltages and signals. Basic components- relays, resistance AC, DC.
Mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
Requires the ability to lift 70 plus lbs. and the ability to maneuver over, under and around printing equipment
Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter
