We are currently looking for an Engineering Technologist (Testing Group) in Burnaby!
What you’ll do
Work hands-on with sophisticated, cutting-edge pharmaceutical equipment and developmental prototypes.
Create, reconfigure, and troubleshoot test assemblies.
Develop and maintain documentation, including test documentation and work instructions.
Become a trained SA25 & Microcell operator and execute complex test procedures.
Collaborate with other technical staff including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers as a key component of development & verification processes.
Who you are
2-year technical diploma and/or equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency with combined mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
Strong understanding of sensors and actuators and their applied usage in systems; direct hands-on assembly, operation, and troubleshooting.
You can work well within teams, maintain composure when faced with challenges.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in automated testing, data collection, and data processing/analysis is an asset.
Experience in SolidWorks, eBASE, Rockwell, InTouch, or LabVIEW software environments is an asset.
