What will you do

  • Facilitate and execute testing, generating documentation including setup instructions, test plans, testing reports, status updates, and test equipment schematics

  • Work in a diverse cross-functional environment contributing to the development of world-class robotic drug filling equipment, with a focus on the design, construction, and documentation of electrical, mechanical, and software testing jigs/assemblies for a variety of prototypes

  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document assembly problems, procedural problems, equipment problems, and other problems encountered during testing and test development

  • Contribute to phased deliverables product development process to develop requirements and verify compliance to requirements

Who you are

  • You have a recognized 4 year degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic systems engineering (or equivalent)

  • You have demonstrated work experience in test engineering

  • You are able to work with systems-level test setups including mechanical, electrical, and software elements

  • Cooperate well with other engineers to accomplish design & testing goals

  • Flexible skillset, ability to learn essential principles of disciplines outside own engineering discipline & adapt to resolve unfamiliar design elements and challenges

  • Familiarity with test setup design, test plan design, setup instructions, testing best practices

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis & data processing, experience with automated testing and scripting

  • Able to work and communicate effectively in diverse/heterogeneous team environments, skilled in generating documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
