In this role you will join a team of dedicated customer service representatives to help the Service business achieve its growth and profitability goals by consistently providing timely, high-quality support for customers and the Service Contract Sales, Field and Depot Service Organizations.
Responsibilities: •Ensure all Service work orders are closed and accurately billed as rapidly as possible •Process Service Repair quotes and Purchase Orders in a timely and accurate manner •Fulfill urgent parts orders within an hour of request receipt •Assist the team to achieve phone metrics •Update and maintain Standard Work •Support Service revenue generation activities as needed •Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
•Experience in a customer service role. Must have strong communication skills with a passion for talking directly with customers •Highly customer (internal and external) focused with a demonstrated interest in creative problem solving •Past experience with a Salesforce and ServiceMax CRM platforms highly preferred •Past experience with Oracle Order Management platform highly preferred •Enthusiasm, high sense of urgency with a focus on results •Very strong time, prioritization management, and multi-tasking skills •Highly detail oriented, well organized, and attentive at following written processes •Goal oriented and agile to meet the changing needs of the business •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel required •High School degree required •College degree or some college preferred. Military training, technical certification, or equivalent job experience considered
