What you’ll do!
Develop strong business relationships with customers, by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
Identify decision makers at accounts and act as a primary customer point of contact between customers and Cytiva in determined accounts/market segments.
Attain or exceed the business objectives related to existing accounts: developing new accounts, succeeding in understanding assigned accounts, targeting market segments, and introducing new products and workflow solutions as directed by company goals and strategy.
Proactively prospect for new opportunities in the territory and collaborate within a team environment to provide workflow solutions, and achieve market penetration, growth, and revenue achievement.
Work with a Cytiva product sales specialist team in demonstrating the breadth and range of Cytiva capabilities. Be a product specialist within certain aspects of the Cytiva product line-primarily focusing on Research Consumables.
Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with fellow Cytiva colleagues and distribution partners to achieve revenue growth targets.
Develop and work strategic business relationships in fulfilling effective channel-to-market strategy.
Be accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline & sales funnel using salesforce.com.
Who you are!
Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience.
4 plus years of successful commercial experience, including but not limited to sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research or a combination of experience post-bachelor working experience in a Biotech, Pharma, or Academic lab.
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels. Proven account management and project planning skills.
High-level presentation skills: able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in giving technical seminars and product demonstrations.
Self-motivated, a team player, and well-organized.
Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic territory. (Boston area)
