WITHIN YOUR TEAM
The Service Team at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing and servicing the range of Videojet's machines.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Install and commission new Videojet solutions
Maintain and Service Videojet’s customers base of Videojet equipment
Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service & communication.
Support regional revenue targets by promotion service contracts and additional services

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
A bachelor degree in Engineering would be a plus
Field service experience in an electronic/engineering industry. Preferably this experience in a sales and service related business, with technical investment products in a competitive marketplace.
