We are looking for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to work with our expert Engineering team of employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Engineering? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Use root cause analysis to solve complex manufacturing and quality issues encompassing multiple variables

  • Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives by preparing Process Flow Charts, Product Risk Maps, and pFMEA to identify opportunity to reduce cycle time, improve quality, and avoid EHS Issues

  • Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design

  • Undertake Equipment and Process Qualification using QMS guidelines. Follow best practices around Installation Qualification (IQ), Process Development, Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) with a goal to develop Safe and Quality Processes

  • Support activities to resolve Customer complaints for manufacturing defects in a timely manner, processing complaints through the correct system and determining and resolving root cause

  • Create standard operating procedures (SOP) or work instructions and provide training and guidance to others

  • Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance team to implement change and ensure the required production capacity is in place before it is required by customer demand.

  • Develop manufacturing and/or testing processes with focus on safety, quality and repeatability for New Product Introduction projects

  • Participate in Environment, Health and Safety initiatives and ensure all requirements and policies are observed during change implementation.

Who you are

  • Strong Process Engineering background

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experienced in PFMEA, DMAIC, 5S, Lean

  • Strong documentation skills (work instructions, manufacturing plans etc.) with a keen eye for detail

  • Use of Minitab advantageous

  • Min HNC in Science/Engineering discipline
