Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.

We are looking for a Programme Leader to work with our expert R+D Teams team of 18 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for development of next generation filter media technology? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a programme of activities driving development of next generation filter media technology through direct R+D team management and coordination of broader Cytiva and external resources.

  • Manage multiple activity streams to meet agreed timelines

  • Work closely with commercial product management and marketing teams to develop active customer engagement to the project.

  • Liaise with key external suppliers to deliver project objectives on product performance, supply chain, time scales and cost.

  • Manage programme budget to accurate cost forecast and on-time realisation of spend.

Who you are

  • Degree with post-graduate experience in polymer chemistry or engineering discipline.

  • Experience of successful leadership of multi-faceted technology research projects

  • Practical experience in advanced additive processes

  • Experience filter materials for laboratory and diagnostic applications

  • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams to meet technical deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliverables from external commercial suppliers

  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliverables from external academic partners.
