What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work with and support our expert Fibro chromatography team at our site in Stevenage, UK to bring through new products on the recently launched Fibro chromatography platform. You will be supporting with QA knowledge and expertise in ISO 9001, deviation and CAPA management, risk assessment, change control, creating, reviewing and approving quality documents and be responsible for final release. You would also be involved in assisting with IQOQ and qualifications.

Who you are

  • Relevant university education (bachelor’s degree) or equivalent competence gained by experience

  • QA experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality systems

  • Analytical/problem solving/root-cause analysis skills

  • Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend & execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation)

  • have integrity and high communication skills

  • customer focused

  • accountable for actions and results

  • resourceful, effectively use internal and external resources

  • seek simple solutions (pragmatic)

  • service-minded and thorough

  • able to handle multiple complex issues
