We are seeking an E-commerce Inventory Planner and Analyst to be based in Carlstadt, NJ.
The Planner will help drive accelerated growth of the ecommerce business and be responsible for managing inventory, financial forecasting and analysis needed to achieving business goals.
Develop and maintain ecommerce best practice reporting based on business needs to provide visibility to sales, inventory, KPI metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Monitor product selling, inventory and place reorders to maintain a healthy WOS, ensure overall inventory target levels and achieve sales goal.
Build and re-forecast sales budget and financial plan (including conversion, traffic, UPT, AOV, style) based analyses.
Collaborate with Finance and Digital Marketing teams to strategize and allocate marketing budgets based on sales plan, channel efficiency, and areas of opportunity.
Monitor media spend/revenue/ROAS by channel on a weekly basis and reconcile media spend vs. budget to ensure spend is on track to budget.
Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
Proactive and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data and make business recommendations based on analysis
Experience dealing with data and creating new processes
Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Business, Finance or Mathematics
3-5 years’ work experience in ecommerce forecasting, analytics / business planning
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Working knowledge of how eCommerce performance marketing works (search, display, retargeting) and Google Analytics
