PANTONE provides a universal language of color that enables color-critical decisions through every stage of the workflow for brands and manufacturers.


The Financial Analyst of FP&A will provide financial modelling and analysis to understand income statement fluctuations and provide detailed forecasts of future results with a clear understanding of risks and opportunities. The Analyst will support Pantone General Manager and Senior Management Team, be a valuable member of the Finance organization and support the Pantone Finance leader and CFO based in the US Headquarter of the company. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the Carlstadt, NJ office per week and 3 days remote.


  • Consolidate performance results for Pantone General Manager and Senior Management Team

  • Assist in preparing month end actual operating results

  • Consolidate financial forecast

  • Consolidate and Report key metrics/KPI’s

  • Drive global price initiatives, partner with IT and business leaders to track price realization and develop the counter measures as needed.

  • Analyze financial results for Ecommerce and Digital business units:

  • Partner with Senior Management to report monthly P&L performance

  • Develop monthly business forecast

  • Manage inventory forecast model for global warehouses

  • Oversee third party sales and expense to ensure alignment with company strategy.

  • Develop business rationale supporting company initiatives including go-to-market strategy and new product offering.

  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan process. Identify key business metrics and quantify policy deployment initiatives.

  • Prepare supporting analysis, performance metrics and reporting that will improve managements’ ability to evaluate key assumptions, identify business trends and quantify business countermeasures.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, partner to implement solutions targeting automation of reporting.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s goals and policies

  • Three-plus years of related work experience

  • BA degree in Business/Finance or related field. Advanced degree a plus.

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI/similar reporting tool

  • Working experience with Oracle/ HFM Hyperion would be a plus
