As a Marketing Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Create project plans for critical marketing deliverables that require cross-functional and/or cross-geography involvement, both with internal associates and relevant third parties, with clear and visible commitments on task, ownership, due dates and anticipated impact

  • Actively monitor project status to ensure delivery to satisfy scope, cost and timeline, while proactively communicate and address any challenges that put a project at risk

  • Create and maintain project schedules for all creative projects from concept through delivery and communicate any changes as they arise.

  • Ensure briefs are completed correctly and adequately before commencement of work, and work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams to gather required information if missing

  • Communicate project status to the team, including project meeting minutes and updates, performance-to-project plan, project risks and other critical details

  • Lead meetings needed for alignment and execution, which includes creating agendas as well as recapping notes and next steps afterward

  • Resolve obstacles and manage change requests as they arise, working with cross-functional colleagues to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources as needed.

  • Hold stakeholders accountable for due dates and agreed upon strategy and deliverables

  • Create and continuously refine standard work for typical workstreams, communicating to involved associates

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build great working relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently

  • Must have extremely strong organizational skills and a proactive and positive can-do attitude

  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes.

  • Natural curiosity and self-motivation to learn new things and drive continuous improvement

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5+ years of project management experience within a creative environment, working on integrated projects

  • Experience with marketing / creative project management platforms, i.e. Opal, Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, Air Table, Workfront, Trello, Monday, Smartsheet, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Interest in making business objectives happen by instilling and developing processes that are both efficient and effective

  • Knowledge of the creative and/or marketing process is highly preferred
