Due to growth within the team, Pall are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join and lead our friendly, hard-working Customer Service team Italy! Customer Service play a vital role in our growing business and promoting the highest standards of customer service to exceed expectations.
Summary Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the Industrial Pall Customer Service (CS) operation within the country.
Ensuring all activities resonate with direction from Pall Corp & Danaher, & support the 5 year vision.
Driving the continuous improvement of the CS organisation (using talent management) to maximise organisational efficiency.
Ensuring the team aligns with the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, adopting best practice applying DBS tools, complying with relevant policies, definitions, methods and work instructions to service the business requirement.
Provide direction, leadership and support within the division
Monitor on time delivery reviewing with regional Supply Chain personnel as
Monitor the performance of the sales offices in division of the country achieving the agreed Key Performance Indicators
Ensure the team’s processes meet compliance at all times, and participate to internal and external audits
Strong leadership and change management skills to build and sustain a regional team
Specific detailed knowledge of the Sales and Distribution process functionality
Knowledge of Pall business OR experience within a manufacturing business
Knowledge of commercial and supply chain models, organisation structure, products/activities, processes and policies
Experience using an SAP or ERP system
Excellent Communication skills cross cultural/cross regional teams – experience within an international company
Confident communication (written and oral) in Italian and English
Previous supervisory/management experience in operational roles (commercial, customer service, supply chain or business IT) with significant past experience to draw upon in this role
Flexible attitude, embraces change
Willing to travel abroad if required and willing to flexible working hours if necessary to complete tasks or attend meetings/calls
