The Sales Administration Coordinator (maternity coverfor Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and following-up contracts (private and public) received from Sales department
This position is part of the Business Support Department team located in Cassina de’ Pecchi (Milan) and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Business Support Department Team and report to the Senior Manager Business Support responsible for tender/quotation/sales administration and general services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Contracts and orders management and follow -up (documents analysis, implementation into company’s systems (example Oracle), following-up of shipment flow to final delivery to customers, information and feedback to sales/stakeholders;
Management of third-party products (placement of orders, onboarding of new suppliers).
The essential requirements of the job include:
Good relationship capabilities and willingness to work in a team
Good knowledge of office package (including excel file)
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in similar role
