The Customer Support Sales Contract Administrator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for

  • Sales contracts management in Oracle ERP from creation of contracts to maintenance, renewals, and termination.

  • Billing execution from invoice to disputed resolution.

  • Hardware orders fulfilment from order process to customer shipment.

This position is part of the Business Support Department located in Milan (Cassina de’ Pecchi) and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Create and perform maintenance for Sales Contracts in Oracle. Execute Contracts renewals and implement price increase. Process customers billings and invoicing. Investigate and resolve reported Disputed Invoices. Manage Hardware orders from booking of order to customer shipment. Perform daily follow-up of instrument orders, taking ownership for required actions. Handle customer inquiries, taking ownership and responsibility to ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations. Contribute to processes Daily Management ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Local Language and fluent English level

  • Display a willingness to do whatever it takes to “get it done” and holds self-accountable for assigned work. Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.

  • Team worker, you actively participate in team meetings, supports team goals and objectives, build solid working relationship that enhance collaboration and cooperation within interdepartmental organization, you adapt and contribute to business needs showing flexibility and business acumen.

  • Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic, personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience of 1-3 years in a customer support position and/or with customer service administration. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
