The Tender Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for

  • Administrative and technical Public Tender cycle.

  • Monitor calls for tender and in/out communication

  • Seeking legal supports connected to Public tender.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor the calls for tenders of our markets and notify of any new tender opportunities

  • Analyzing Tender documentation

  • Define steps and ensure the documentation is submitted according to the deadlines

  • Preparing administrative, technical, and economic documentation in coordination with the other stakeholders: Sales Managers, Technical team, Quality, Legal, Suppliers, Customers

  • Keep our tender database up to date

  • Manage IN/OUT communication

  • Seek for advice with external lawyers if needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree in Law or similar

  • Excellent Knowledge of the Tender Law (Dlgs. 50/2016 and D.lgs.36/2023) and related rules

  • 3 years of Public Tender experience with RTI, Avvalimento and Subappalto.

  • Deep knowledge of electronic platforms (MEPA, Sintel,…)

  • Good office package skills

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Experience in diagnostic or medical industry would be an advantage.

  • Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic, personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Preferably with experience of having managed also tender litigation
