About the role
This position will support provision of expertise on the CRM usage and analytics for the sales organization! This encompasses system administration, analytics and securing the data integrity of the CRM Salesforce accounts. This also includes the ERP Oracle accounts, performing reactive & proactive clean-up activities, process optimization and sustainment. We focus in North America but follow a global alignment approach.
As part of the Global Sales Process & CRM Analytics Team this role supports the continuous improvement of processes using tools to harmonize and remove waste. With the whole sales organization, ensure account structures, merging duplicates, and assigning Vertical Markets resulting in accurate ownership. Deliver CRM administration through Salesforce Case Management. Road-mapping projects, join us in securing data accuracy through countermeasures and delivering significant analytics. Build and maintain Sales Dashboards for best-in-class business decisions securing data integrity, understanding the data, systems, practices, and support growth initiatives
Align efforts, deliver outstanding practices & standard work with Sales Support, Data Stewards, Customer Service etc. and other Commercial functions through maintenance, improvement, and development of change forms
Deliver support regarding data integrity questions and securing accurate ERP Customer & Vertical Market assignments and Account Ownership
Support Oracle Territory Management through RCG (Regional Customer Group) Updates and Exception Coding for Account Assignment
Work on Global Commercial Operations Roadmap Priorities cross functionally & Business Systems to ensure accurate maintenance of the tools
Supervise the quality status and improve the automation efforts including user experience (UX), user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out
Daily Management, securing approval processes are followed, critical timelines are met and monitored
Support the NA Forecasting process through Run Rate analysis and other Analytics, e. g. Master Planning process
Are you qualified?
BS or BA in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years successful experience in an analysis/ reporting & business systems environment
Highly literate in MS Office and ERP systems like Oracle and Infor, Business intelligence tools and/or other reporting software; experience using Salesforce.com ideal
Ability to effectively connect with team members from different locations
Demonstrable experience working with key partners at various levels within a complex organization
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - 70,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
