Danaher Corporation Sales Support Specialist (Remote) in Charlotte, North Carolina
About the Sales Support Specialist role:
The primary role of this position is to provide quality service and support to the North America Sales Team: Divisional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Rep Firms). In this role, you are the primary point of contact for your assigned sales associates, providing them accurate and prompt support.
Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.)
Assist to resolve customer complaints and problems
Prepare and processing of quotes, assist with quotes to orders
Accurate and timely completion of requests from the sales team to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM
Assist customers in figuring out product needs and provide advanced assistance on products
Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders, and billings
Review all commercial terms and conditions requirements and negotiate with various Hach internal departments to determine solutions to satisfy customers’ business requirements
Coordinate/consult with the legal department to ensure Hach’s protection from unnecessary and/or costly contract obligations

Are you qualified?
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Knowledge of Oracle
Advanced knowledge of customer support processes (i.e., pricing, products, returns, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints/problems and provide follow-up to our customers and supervisor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Contract review experience/solid understanding of contracts
The salary range for this role is $23.00/hr - $27.00/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
