A New Product Integration (NPI) intern within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be exposed to the integration of new product design to all stages of manufacturing readiness and launch.

New Product Integration (NPI)​ Internship:

As an NPI intern, you will assume responsibility on challenging projects and see them through from strategy to implementation. An NPI internship will focus on projects in development to streamline integration into large scale manufacturing and delivery to our final customers.

Projects will range from defect reduction, throughput improvements, design for manufacturing excellence (in terms of quality, manufacturing, cost, supply chain, serviceability, and more) and operations improvements.

Interns at Danaher will have the opportunity to excel across a number of functions and roles. Below are the primary roles within NPI:

  • Supply Chain and Strategic Vendor Partnerships

  • HW Manufacturing Integration of New Products

  • Reagents Manufacturing Integration of New Products

  • Global Best Practices for New Product Integration

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, computer, software or biomedical)

  • Undergraduate degree in business (supply chain) or related field of study

  • Will have completed Sophomore or Junior years of study

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills
