The IT Supply and Demand Management Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for bridging the gap between IT solutions and business operations by leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support secure, scalable IT solutions that enable digital transformation. This role specifically entails managing supply and demand processes using Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules, requiring technical knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Design, configure, implement, and extend Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules to support supply and demand management business processes using various tools and technologies.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, develop functional specifications, and execute Supply Chain Planning technology roadmaps.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for supply and demand planning, playing a critical role in bridging the gap between IT solutions and business operations to optimize and enhance processes. Additionally, work with business teams to align and evaluate strategies that ensure IT supply chain solutions follow regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A bachelor’s degree is required, with 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field, or master’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Supply and Demand modules with knowledge of setup, configuration, change management, Oracle OTBI reporting and integration with other systems, preferably using cloud-based systems.
Strong understanding of supply and demand management processes and best practices, with ability to implement automation for increased efficiency and optimization. This includes utilizing AI and data analytics to reduce human error and generate insights to improve and solve complex supply chain issues, such as MRP, forecasting, inventory levels, production schedules, and decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead projects and teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Proficiency in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain.
Experience in managing relationships with software vendors and IT service providers.
Familiarity with procurement, inventory management, and logistics are highly beneficial.
