The Senior Administrative Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to provide administrative support to five Senior Leaders – the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and the leadership team of this organization. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to get tasks done in several systems, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, ability to work with confidential information, and the initiative to work in a dynamic environment

This position is part of the North America Manufacturing and will be located in Chaska, MN. At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, our vision is to advance healthcare for every person.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage detailed and demanding schedules spanning multiple time zones in Outlook Calendar.

  • Utilize Excel and other systems to prepare reports

  • Create & format PowerPoint presentations

  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings and conferences

  • Prepare expense reports to corporate policy, reviewing expense reports submitted for payment

  • Responsible for small project management

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • HS Diploma and 4+ years of experience

  • Ability to work at Kendall and Hialeah sites

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Excellent Communication (both written & verbal)

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

  • Pivot Tables, Macro’s experience, preferred

  • Associates Degree in a related field and/or Technical Certification

  • Microsoft Certified Professional will be highly desirable.

  • Previous project management experience
