The Sr. Procurement Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the on-time delivery of his/her product purchasing portfolio to support the Reagent Production Team.
This position will be located in Chaska, MN. You will be an integral part of the Reagent Purchasing Team and report to the Reagent Purchasing Manager, responsible for ensuring that the right material is at the right place, at the right time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Implement continuous improvement in our purchasing processes
Take ownership in managing vendor relationships and on-time delivery
Relentlessly search for margin expansion opportunities
The essential requirements of the job include:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience; or, a master’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
Demonstrable history of outstanding performance managing on-time vendor delivery of sophisticated products
Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques and best industry practices
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Purchasing biologics/ med device
Leadership in a procurement function
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
