Contact business or individuals by telephone/email in order to solicit sales for Pall products and/or services.
Deliver prepared sales talks in order to persuade potential/existing customers to purchase Pall products and/or services.
Explain products or service, prices and answer questions from customers.
Record names, addresses and contact details in CRM.
Provide regular reports to local and/or regional management on progress of customer development.
Work with manager to set sales targets for focus accounts.
Drive to achieve sales targets and goals set for focus accounts.
Maintain an active CRM system with leads and opportunities.
Perform actions generated after a sales visit such as quotations and answers to technical queries,
Collect necessary technical information, prices and lead times,
Prepare quotations. Follow-up of quotations and answer additional technical questions to close the sale.
Develop a close relationship with customers to provide them with the best possible level of service.
Give first line commercial support to customers for questions on project status.
Maintain product and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Commercial experience, preferably in the in the Biotech industry
