What you’ll do
The Regional Segment Leader is accountable to work closely with region sales team to deliver total solution to key customers in Mab/mRNA/CGT segment etc. in order to enhance solution selling capability. The Regional Segment Leader will facilitate the collaboration among local and global teams to develop standard solution selling tools in order to achieve the Operating plan. This role will also cover the internal training of solution selling for related teams, and the external marketing promotion to position our solution in the market.
Financial PerformanceIs accountable to achieve BP Portfolio/ES solution orders and sales OP target for region businessDrive orders for representative customer in different segments within region
Segment Development SolutionWork as project manager to engage different teams include Marketing/ES/Design-in/BP modality/Fasttrak/Service to develop segment strategyUnderstand competitor segment strategy to set up unique position for Cytiva solutionDevelop selling tools based on segment strategy.Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders in different segmentsRefine segment strategy along with KOLOpportunity managementIdentify and create new opportunities and work with regional sales leaders to continuously increase prospect funnel in different segmentsDrive tender/bid process with different teams to meet orders, sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction in assigned territory for different segments.Promotion Segment Stratege/Solution Internally and ExternallyDeliver training for internal team to align all segment strategy and selling tools.Work with marketing team to deliver presentation in the market to enhance our segment branding

Who you are
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of product experience in Biopharma or Life Sciences field
Excellent leadership and experience on project management
Proven and progressive previous experience in sales/services/promotion to C-suite and technical decision makers e.g. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Engineering managers, Purification specialty staff
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English Excellent negotiation & closing skills
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel
