Danaher Corporation Sales Specialist, Sichuan in Chengdu, China




  • 深耕现有市场并开发潜在市场,摸索并总结区域客户及渠道商业模式;

  • 负责所属省份医院的产品销售及推广,完成销售任务(KA医院除外);

  • 制定负责区域的专业推广活动,建立良好的互动机制;

  • 关注、收集负责区域竞争对手的情况,制定市场对策并实施;

  • 联络、发现、培养本地区KOL;

  • 与关键客户建立牢固的关系和信任,从而持续影响客户的使用习惯;

  • 积极开展负责区域内的经销商管理以及新渠道的培养发展,完善良好经销商网络;

  • 主动配合其他部门工作,促进跨部门协作;

  • 严格遵守国家合规相关法律和公司合规相关规定、规范。


  • 本科以上学历,临床科室、检验相关专业优先;

  • 5年以上器械销售以及渠道管理经验;从事2-3年以上相关产品销售优先;

  • 有较好的渠道资源者优先;

  • 市场敏锐度良好,善于项目管理;

  • 优秀的销售和交际能力,擅于沟通、协作;

  • 具有独立思考及解决问题能力;

  • 工作主动,能够独立工作,有较强的抗压能力;

  • 有较强的和同事、渠道伙伴和客户建立和维持良好的关系的能力。
