Danaher Corporation Service Delivery Expert in Chengdu, China
What you’ll do
Review and Analysis as well as Keep monitoring & tracking on operational KPIs by visualized dashboard/bowlers with Danaher standard framework.
Deploy Service Engine to identify main driver and sustainment plan for continuously service efficiency enhancement.
Data Review: Supervise FE travel, labor and material cost and seek saving opportunities to improve service cost efficiency.
Work with global team as key member to utilize workforce model to make forecast on headcount planning.
Must be English proficiency, with fluent oral communication capability and daily business writing skills.
Play key role of annual VCP scheme development and make VC calculation quarterly.
Facilitate inventory management process optimization to ensure better parts availability and fulfilment.
Build up good connection with global delivery team on a regular basis. Cooperate with other team members within delivery team as well as whole EQS team to drive operational excellence.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years working experience with services delivery, data analysis or service operational management in healthcare or life sciences industry.
Experienced with DBS tools or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill. Business acumen preferred.
Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
