As Digital Channel Marketing Specialist, the chosen candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and management of paid campaigns for SCIEX global properties. Candidates should also possess an understanding of technical user experience trends, particularly as they relate to page load time, URL formatting, structured data markup, language targeting, and relevancy scores. Candidates will work with the SEO team, web development teams, internal technical resources, and digital marketing managers.
Additional duties may include program management of critical web operations projects supporting the SCIEX Web Development team. Projects include international targeting, mobile optimization, web tool integration, ecommerce and service portal integration, analytics and tracking code deployment for online campaigns, and overall site optimization.
This position may be remote based.
Global strategy, execution and delivery of all paid campaigns across all advertising channels
Ensuring that paid campaigns meet ambitious lead generation targets
Strong focus on analytics and reporting on the results of paid campaigns, proving a positive ROAS
Using analytics tools to evaluate performance and continually deliver high converting traffic
Working closely with global teams to support regional campaign requirements
Developing briefs for the generation of visual content and video assets
Continuous optimization and innovation, including landing page optimization
Working with other channel owners to create and execute multi-channel campaigns
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor Degree preferred
Hands-on experience with creating paid campaigns in the following platforms:
Facebook and Instagram advertising
Google Adwords (search, display, and YouTube)
Landing page optimization and A/B split testing to drive continuous improvement
Good level of knowledge of Google Analytics (Adobe Analytics a plus)
Experience with on-page analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, CrazyEgg)
Salesforce.com CRM or similar
Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot, Marketo)
Basic HTML skills – editing landing pages
Creating high-quality, compelling ad content and landing page copy
Experience working with external agencies desirable
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven work environments
Proven ability to influence, work, and communicate globally with peers
Ability to juggle projects and timelines and prioritize effectively
Good knowledge of organic social and SEO would be advantageous
Knowledge of lead attribution, insight tags, tracking pixels, and conversion modeling
