The Service Inside Sales, Specialist for Mammotome is responsible for partnering with the Field Selling Organization to drive service agreement revenue.

This position is part of the North America Sales & Service Organization located in Cincinnati, OH and will be hybrid. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Inside Sales Team and report to the Senior Region Sales Manager, Biopsy responsible for learning multiple facets of our business while partnering with our field selling team to achieve service agreement revenue targets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Managing key performance indicators for in the assigned territory to achieve annual sales goal for service bookings revenue through consultative selling process.

  • Partner with field sales team on presentations and sales opportunities

  • Actively manage sales opportunities in Salesforce.com and maintain a healthy sales funnel.

  • Partner with legal to negotiate terms and conditions for service contracts with customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals

  • Growth mindset with desire and ability to problem solve and learn quickly

  • High level of empathy…able to see perspective of internal and external customers

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and high level of organization skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience

  • 2 years of experience with B2B selling process

  • Proficient in SFDC or other CMR tool

The salary range for this role is $60,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
