What you’ll do
You will be responsible to drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges in the designated territory with a strong focus on new and reoccurring Custom business to our biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers.
You will be also responsible to work with the DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage direct and indirect strategy for Lab Filtration -support, motivate, train.
Create end user demand for both direct and indirect customers and spend at least 70% of time in the field
Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts
Territory IN, KY, MI, OH, PA, and WV
Who you are:
Degree and experience from the field of filtration applications, products
Preferably +5 years of consultative sales experience, calling on lab filtration customers
Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays
Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team
Demonstrated ability for prioritization and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
working with distributors
working with SFDC, or other CRM, to manage your territory

The salary range for this role is $102.000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
