The Project Manager for Mammotome is responsible for full Project Management (planning, execution, reporting, etc.) of New Product Development projects. The Project Manager assumes ownership of projects from inception to completion.
This position is part of the Research & Development team and will be HYBRID at Mammotome located in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead highly technical team of resources to develop and launch medical device products that truly impact Breast cancer diagnostics.
Develop detailed schedules for critical project activities and manage project execution against timeline to meet changing project needs and requirements.
Manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Facilitate discussion cross-functionally across all departments to ensure alignment and progress in each project swim lane.
Analyzes risk, issues, and opportunities, and takes proactive ownership to resolve project issues as they arise.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Prefer minimum of 3 years related work experience required;(i.e., Project Management, Medical device design and development)
Prefer minimum of 2 years leadership responsibility (managing directly; or directing individual activities) required.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) required; Preferably in technical engineering (i.e., mechanical, biomedical, electrical)
5% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations
Occasional overnight trips are required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Medical device experience (PMA or 510k) strongly preferred.
Experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS) or other similarly regulated industry.
Experience or certification in project management preferred.
Experience with process excellence, project risk management, or visual project management.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
