The Sr. Analyst - Transportation & Logistics for Leica Biosystems is responsible for the quality, performance and financial management of global transportation providers for Mammotome.

This position is part of the Global Logistics Organization located in Cincinnati Ohio and will be on site at our Mammotome Head Quarters, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Address complex transportation and logistics issues with innovative solutions.

  • Provide performance and financial reporting for all carrier partners.

  • Streamline invoice audit and payment processes, resolve systemic invoicing issues, and implement innovative solutions.

  • Monitor non-compliant spend, collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes, and implement countermeasures.

  • Create and publish routing guides and shipping requirements for organization

  • Lead and support special projects to enhance T&L operations and achieve OMX savings.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Associates degree

  • Three years’ experience with carrier management including parcel, truckload and international airfreight

  • Experience with freight payment and audit systems

  • Strong data analysis skills

  • Proficiency in Excel - pivot tables, vlookup etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ERP Systems, specifically SAP

  • Carrier bids generation and analysis

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $92,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
