Danaher Corporation Service, Inside Sales Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio

As a talent feeder to our organization, Mammotome’s Inside Sales team is looking for a high-potential problem solver. This an opportunity to learn multiple facets of our business while partnering with our field selling team to achieve service agreement revenue targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop deep understanding of Mammotome product and service offerings.

  • Achieve annual sales goal for service bookings revenue through consultative selling process.

  • Leverage targeting tools to identify and quality opportunities for service agreements.

  • Actively manage sales opportunities in SFDC and maintain a healthy sales funnel.

  • Partner with legal to negotiate terms and conditions for service contracts with customers.

  • Manage set of key performance indicators for the territory.

  • Develop strong partnership with the field selling team

  • Partner with field sales team on presentations, sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with aftermarket service team and other internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement into our existing systems and processes.

  • Participate in cross-functional workshops/Kaizens to assist in the development of new products and services.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to exhibit confidence and to gain trust with teams (primarily Sales Representatives and Customers).

  • Action oriented individual who is highly proactive at solving problems and obtaining results.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations.

  • Positive attitude and ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • The capacity to plan, organize, & complete projects on time. Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Proven experience with continuous improvement, measuring results and problem solving particularly under tight timelines and during urgent high stress situations.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience is preferred.

  • 2+ years of relevant business experience preferred.

  • 2 years of experience with B2B selling process preferred

  • 5% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations
