Danaher Corporation Service Technician III - Cincinnati, OH in Cincinnati, Ohio

Join our team as a Service Technician III and support products you can feel passionate about! As a Service Technician II you will provide specialized service and repair support for capital medical device equipment.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Provides on-site troubleshooting and technical assistance for capital equipment issues.

  • Completes decontamination or incoming capital equipment per established procedures.

  • Effectively and efficiently conducts repairs in accordance with prescribed repair procedures.

  • Performs data entry into customer relationship management system.

  • Provides input for continuous improvement activities and executes continuous improvement projects

  • Collaborates with team leads on the development of junior personnel

  • Owns one of more collateral responsibilities

  • Consistently provides constructive feedback for process improvement

  • Subject matter expert in one or more areas and skilled in multiple areas within Service

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:

  • HS Diploma or GED. Associates Degree strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 10-years’ experience in electrical and/or mechanical systems repair or equivalent required.

  • 15 years’ experience in service/manufacturing preferred

  • 15 years’ working in a regulated environment preferred

  • Experience in medical device service and repair operations is strongly preferred.

  • Able to troubleshoot unique/complex issues with autonomously

  • Skilled in problem solving and continuous improvement
