The National Manager, IT Solutions for Radiometer is responsible managing, training, and supporting development of a team of IT Solutions Specialists, while implementing strategies that align with Radiometer’s overall strategic objectives. In addition, they will partner with their direct reports, Radiometer Sales teams, and customers to coordinate software projects throughout all phases including discovery calls, software installation, software training, go live and overall customer support.

This position is part of the Technical Project Management department located in the United States and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the IT Solutions Team and report to the Director of IT Solutions, Clinical Applications, and Project Management, responsible for leading and implementing the strategic objectives of the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop strategic team goals and objectives that align with Radiometer’s overall strategic goals, while improving team efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction, as well as manage Radiometer’s IT Solutions’ internal revenue commitments, ensuring monthly goals are met.

  • Manage the ITS Deployment Team to ensure On-Time delivery of new software installations and go-lives, assuring external customer expectations are met with agreed upon timelines and a high quality of work.

  • Manage the ITS Support Team to ensure current customers issues are resolved with high customer satisfaction and within key performance indicators.

  • Manage the team’s Daily and Visual Management, initiating and leading Danaher’s Problem-Solving Process when gaps are identified.

  • Respond to customer technical software questionnaires (i.e. vendor security questionnaires) and manage customer-facing communications during escalations

  • Hire, train, and develop skilled team members, including increasing the team’s competency with project scoping in order to understand the needs of the customer, ensuring that appropriate solutions are offered and implemented, and driving implementation and compliance of all regulatory and company required documentation, including service work orders, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales and the Sales Management organization, while supporting the team’s participation in Sales presentations and engagements (remotely or on-site) with software demonstrations and workflow optimization suggestions to customers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Prefer 5+ years of combined experience as a Lab/Diagnostics IT Lead, Manager, or Project Manager

  • Proficiency in personal computers, networking, interfacing capabilities (ASTM, HL7), middleware, data management systems, and medical devices

  • Experience in networking, IIS, SQL, Java, Software Application support and installation, and Interface Engines

  • Demonstrated skills in project management and planning.

  • Knowledge of Danaher Business Systems or Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.

  • Primary language English and able to lift or maneuver 40 lbs

  • 20% Travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Degree in Project Management or Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

  • Knowledge of Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems vendors (Meditech, Epic, Cerner, Sunquest)

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
