Ownership of total customer demand forecast for the Americas region of Mammotome, including the US, Canada, Latin America and Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance leadership to gain consensus on the bottom-up unit forecast. Work with the Global Supply Chain team in Europe and Asia to aggregate the global demand signals and update the necessary models needed to report our global forecast metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and influence demand planning strategies to maximize customer fill rates, while minimizing distress in sales and inventory redistribution due to forecast error and forecasting variances which have a negative impact on supply planning

  • Lead monthly Planning, Sales, Inventory (PSI) meetings with key leaders to develop collaborative forecast

  • Meet or exceed all key performance indicators and work to ensure measurements and metrics are aligned to business strategy and goals

  • Develop operational forecasts at various levels to drive a global business awareness, this includes SKU level by region

  • Conduct Regional reviews for the Biopsy and Operating Room product portfolios with Commercial Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, statistical forecasting or supply chain and operations

  • Strong Excel capabilities

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time both domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS certification

  • Multilingual (English/Spanish), both written and spoken

  • Experience with forecasting software

  • Previous experience with a medical device company

  • Experience with MRP systems such as SAP
