Join our team as a Product Manager and support products you can feel passionate about! The Americas Product Manager, Customer Solutions will be developing key account customer solutions for portfolio adoption with tailored value propositions for customer needs, elevate Mammotome portfolio positioning, developing Americas pricing strategy and developing contracting solutions for Mammotome's portfolio growth objectives with a core focus in the U.S. Market. This position works closely with Mammotome’s Americas commercial team (other Product Managers, Sales/Sales Ops leaders) and Global product management.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Collaboration with sales leadership, sales operations, key accounts, and product managers to understand the needs of the business as well as strategic objectives for each brand/product line

  • Develop both account-based segmentation and contextual segmentation for key accounts, including targeted hospital networks (IDN) and academic medical centers (AMC) based on voice of customer and voice of sales research

  • Create customer value propositions, unique IDN or AMC programs, and contracting solutions to address customer needs and drive growth

  • Create strategic pricing guidance for Americas, including: value-based pricing, competitive reference-based pricing, and pricing bands with ceiling and floor price guidance for key product lines

  • Develop strategy around pricing and contracting to drive growth initiatives in line with Americas commercial strategies as well as collaborate with all cross-functional partners to gain approval at pricing committee and achieve contracting targets

  • Develop strategic pricing framework to enable product managers and Americas sales leadership to make decisions on annual price decisions and changes to the price to pricing matrices

  • Create a strategic framework for request for proposal responses (RFP’s) to improve Mammotome’s overall portfolio positioning among targeted accounts.

  • Create new Value Analysis Committee materials to enable commercial teams to position the Mammotome portfolio to meet key account expectations

  • Supports effective launch of new products through contracting strategies and account access strategies

  • Actively shares and collaborates on pricing and contracting with cross functional teams to ensure standard methodology sharing, efficiency and effectiveness of marketing resources.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field equivalent required.

  • MBA preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of 6 years’ B2B experience within a Sales Management, Marketing, Business Development, or Analytics Role

  • Prior experience developing hospital pricing and contracting strategies within hospital medical devices

  • Industry experience in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals

  • Excellent analytic capabilities, including the ability to organize and analyze data using Excel and other data management tools

  • 25% domestic travel
