The Application Analyst will provide essential support for various enterprise applications. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about starting their career in IT support and is keen to grow within our organization.
This position is part of the Global IT Team servicing SCIEX, Molecular Devices, and the Life Sciences Platform, and will be located in Concord, Ontario, Canada
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Provide first-level/second-level support and troubleshooting for various enterprise applications
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Develop and implement enhancements to improve application functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and improve support processes.
Document and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and support procedures.
Essential requirements for the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Desire to explore and learn new concepts and applications quickly.
Programming skills in some of the following languages: PowerShell, Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or C#
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
