Radiometer is a leading provider of technologically advanced acute care solutions that simplify and automate all phases of acute care testing. Digital Solutions are an essential part of our total offering and is becoming increasingly critical to drive customer value and meet customer needs.

The Digital Services department defines, develops, coordinates, and implements Radiometer’s digital initiatives (IoT services). Thousands of healthcare professionals all over the world are using Radiometer analyzers and our digital services. Do you want to be part of shaping the future of our company within digital services? Responsibilities

  • Have a key role in the strategic work that goes into charting the direction for the future of Radiometer’s digital solutions

  • Conducting VOC (voice of customer); VOS (voice of stakeholders) to ensure an optimal fit with Market Needs & Wants

  • Stay on top of digital solutions market trends and competitive landscape

  • Define new digital services that help drive Radiometer’s overall digital strategy and build associated business cases

  • Drive key projects within digital services, including planning, coordinating, reporting and stakeholder relationships (at headquarters and in local subsidiaries)

  • Develop go to market plans and launch digital services with local subsidiaries

  • Develop training material and train local subsidiaries

  • Track and act on quality, operational execution, and success metrics. Also ensure continuous improvement

The team

We are a customer-centric team identifying new digital tools to better serve our worldwide users and allow them to focus on what really matters patient care. Working with people across the organization and across geographies, we develop go-to-market strategies for our new services while remaining committed to the continuous improvement of our existing portfolio of offerings.

The candidate will be both a strategical planner and a doer who will be responsible for defining solutions and bringing them to market.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in digital businesses or/and service management. Preferably developing, sustaining and monetizing (SaaS) digital services

  • Strong track record with digital solutions: digital tools, challenges associated with digital transformation, cybersecurity, data management, data analytics and digital economy

  • Ability to work across various functions and drive decisions

  • Strong organizing/systematic skills

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and/or project management, structuring and implementing digital services

  • Experience in client relationship management

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven attention to details

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both spoken and written.

  • Ability to generate new ideas that fit with the overall digital strategy
