This position is part of the Custom QC department located in Coralville, IA and will be onsite. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 12PM - 9PM.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform and analyze a variety of QC tests according to Standard Operating Procedures and accurately document results via established product specifications.
Perform data entry and peer review for accuracy in accordance with lab procedures.
Perform maintenance and calibration on a variety of specialized equipment and assist in troubleshooting as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in a science related field required. (Biology, Genetics, Chemistry or related life science field preferred); Alternatively, an Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of IDT experience.
2 years applicable lab experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
PCR and qPCR
Next Generation Sequencing
Enzymatics
