Danaher Corporation Engineering Project Coordinator II (Project Management, KPI Reporting) in Coralville, Iowa

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan and coordinate projects by assisting in the development of project plans, timelines and budgets. This includes coordination of project activities and resources, tracking project progress while identifying potential risks or issues on the project, and creating project reports and updates.

  • Provide administrative support by developing and maintaining engineering department KPI reports, as well as scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations. You will also be expected to prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

  • Provide assurance of quality by ensuring engineering technical documents maintain compliance to standards, as well as ensuring project documentation remains up to date.

  • Represent design engineering in cross functional groups by facilitating communication between Engineering team members, various other departments, and project stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for coordinating monthly project planning meetings across multiple engineering teams.

  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing changes, along with contributing to the development of best practices and standards for Engineering projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.

  • Prefer 2-3 years’ relevant experience within engineering/project management related field required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project management software such as (monday.com, Microsoft Project, Asana).

  • AGILE SCRUM project management methodology.

  • Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM system) such as (Teamcenter or Windchill).
