At Danaher – our core value is “The Best Team Wins”. From strategy to impact, you'll assume responsibilities that challenge and stretch you as you drive continuous improvement throughout the Danaher family of companies. With a 12-week internship assignment, you will assume responsibility on challenging projects and see them through from strategy to impact.
You will also receive one week of DBS exposure to Kaizen practices and principles and have multiple opportunities to interact with and have exposure to Danaher Sr. Executives. The culmination of your summer is a report out presentation given to a group of Danaher Executives. Select interns will be extended Full Time offers for the GMDP or HRDP at the end of the summer.
Throughout your career with Danaher, you will have a wide variety of cross-functional assignments designed to develop your skills as a general manager.
During the interview process, you will have an opportunity to self-select into the segment of business that aligns with your career interests, professional goals and geographic preferences.
